Who we are

Set in the natural rugged terrains of Moke Lake / Ben Lomond Station at the edge of Queenstown, Mule specialise in immersive leadership and development courses that are designed to challenge participants through controlled leadership scenarios and strategic team building through adventure-based experiences. Guided by highly trained professionals with diverse skillsets, Mule provides a platform that allows leaders and their teams to gain a better understanding of their own capabilities and inherent boundaries and leave with the tools to pursue growth, accountability and strategic leadership.

Our passionate and experienced team is made up of individuals who are all driven by one clear unifying fact: exploration – whether it be physical, mental or creative (and often all three) – is the commanding force behind personal growth, team dynamic, and ultimately, professional enrichment.

Mule has access to over 30 highly-trained professionals throughout New Zealand that each bring a unique set of skills to the table. From ex-military personnel, to professional athletes of the highest caliber, we curate a team of facilitators tailored to each group, ensuring that every programme run and every experience with Mule has maximum impact.

Dugald Peters

He’ll swim a lake, run up a mountain, then jump off the summit strapped to some rope and a thin piece of fabric.

It’s an endless thirst for adventure that drives Dugald to pursue physical challenges, hunt them down, conquer, then push on. With seven years in the British Parachute Regiment fine tuning his logistical skills and a further 10+ years working in the corporate, conference and incentive field in New Zealand, Dugald specialises in designing strategic immersive Leadership Development Courses that combine physical toughness, mental agility and a certain level of resilience in order to strengthen leadership and fortify teams.

From scholarships in Italy, sculpture awards in Scotland, and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Edinburgh, Dugald is a creative mastermind who holds a diverse skillset and aptitude for alternative thinking.
