THE EXPLORER
The Explorer is an extended Leadership Development programme set out over the course of six days (five nights). Based at Mule HQ Moke Lake this course explores some of New Zealand’s most stunning natural terrain and covers a lot of ground. Your team will experience multiple campsite and lodge locations including a base camp and mountain summit and undertake an extensive itinerary of training, challenges, and evaluations that traverse mental and physical barriers.

A 10-day immersion into what makes you a valued individual. Set across diverse terrain in Queenstown backcountry, The Pioneer encompasses a mix of individual tasks and challenges and team events and experiences, guiding you on a journey of both self-discovery and applied team dynamic. A programme that creates lasting impressions on all fronts.

OVERVIEW
An intensive leadership course spanning three days (two nights) set in New Zealand’s most stunning natural terrain. Through facilitated command tasks, training, trust-building, navigational learning, adventure races and mountain challenges, the experienced Mule team will aide you in further understanding great teamwork and accomplishing tasks efficiently.
Based at Ben Lomond Lodge, The Adventurer is designed to dissect and analyse leadership within a team setting. We look at team building and the concept of personal influence, the application of individuals within a team task through dedicated communication strategy, team and time management, team building, and skills training designed to deliver outcomes that can be assessed to understand self-analysis and participant evaluation.

Task Orientated Team Event run over one full day is designed to test individuals and teams within a constantly evolving series of tasks that ultimately result in the extraction of the group to a safe location. Through a series of agility-based tasks that require swift and effective evaluation, the vanguard challenge is designed to be run anywhere in the world and capable of being extended over several days.
